The launch was held at Microsoft’s offices in Bryanston on November 28.
Harnessing the expertise of Adcheck’s new mobile CRM software, with the capabilities of a personal digital assistant (PDA), smartphone or laptop connected to the Internet, X/procure® Mobile links to the existing X/procure® procurement system, enabling reps to connect and process orders no matter where they are. In essence, this mobile technology is transforming the future of how pharmacists and doctors will interact with reps.
The interface is a Microsoft Dynamics based sales force automation application which enables mobile users the ability to remotely conduct all procurement activities like placing orders, recording client contact information and comparing wholesalers’ prices. X/procure® Mobile is poised to make the ordering trail and regret management transparent to all parties involved in the ordering process.Thanks to the Microsoft user interface, new users are able to navigate a familiar framework, which fast tracks the rate of new product adoption. Supporting a wide range of Windows Mobile, Smartphone or Blackberry (RIM) hardware, the X/procure® Mobile application interfaces seamlessly with Outlook, Lotus Notes and Domino.

This ground breaking technology allows information to sync to the X/procure® and Adcheck platform in real time, whilst users are out on the road, ensuring that customer information and tracking of orders and pharmacy interaction is kept up to date without reps having to return to the office to input information.
Mobile CRM experts, Adcheck, assure users a maximum server downtime of a just 30 minutes. According to Ian Hoffman, Sales Director at Adcheck, there is little or no risk in accessing information from a central server as the programme interfaces with the central server’s Microsoft security platform and will conform to a company’s security regulations.
