JD Henderson, Sales & Marketing Director
As of September 2009, JD Henderson has been appointed Acting Managing Director. With vast sales, marketing and operations knowledge, he joined X/procure® as Sales & Marketing Director in May 2007 after a tenure at Dial-a-Bed as Commercial Director.
JD is responsible for all sales, marketing, advertising and operational activities directly related to pharmacies as well as advertising sales and effectively oversees a team of sales people and account managers. JD has a passion for growing businesses, as was the case with Dial-a-Bed and the growth opportunities of X/procure® was what got him excited to join the team.

Grant Willemse, COO Primedia Unlimited (Non-Executive Director)
Grant took up the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Primedia Unlimited at the beginning of May 2007. Grant has an undeniable creative energy and business acumen. As winner of a Cannes Media Lion and the 2003 AMASA Roger Garlick Award for his Osram Light Bulbs "Studio Lights"campaign, Willemse has never been short of innovative ideas and has always played an invaluable role in the company that he keeps.
Chairperson of the Financial Directors Forum of the ACA (Association for Communication and Advertising) and a member of the ACA Operations Committee, Willemse is exceptionally well-recognised by his peers in the industry and has been a mentor and friend to many. |

Andre Steyn, Senior Programmer (Executive Director)
Joining X/procure® in 2000, Andre is one of the original founders of the company and had a hand in designing and building the initial software systems which have resulted in X/procure®'s current success.
Andre has developed military grade software for the SA Navy, SA Military, Royal Air Force, the French Military and Practice Management Software for the Healthcare and Optometric Industry. Andre's considerable system knowledge spans Configuring Management, Maintenance Management and Logistic Simulation Analysis. He also has a plethora of experience in 3GL: Delphi, CodeWeaver, JAVA and MS SQL Server, Firebird, Interbase and Oracle databases.

Ken Varejes, CEO Primedia Unlimited (Non-Executive Director)
Leading Primedia Unlimited as CEO is Ken Varejes, a man renowned for his enthusiasm, drive and XXXXL passion for media innovation. During his illustrious career, Ken has pioneered numerous sustainable media options to the South African market - notably, ComutaNet's growth into South Africa's leading commuter advertising organisation under his helm as Managing Director. His ability to break through the "traditional media-only" mindset was rewarded by his appointment as COO of Primedia's Out of Home and Commuter Media Divisions in 2003, which remain under his leadership. Ken opened the doors of Primedia Unlimited in January 2005. |
